RAYMOND, MS - Freshman Noah Bumgarner shoots 5 under to lead the #5 ranked Eagles to a five-stroke victory at the MACCC Event #1 at Eagle Ridge Golf Club.
After day one of the MACCC Event, the Eagles found themselves one shot back of MS Gulf Coast in second place. The Eagles shot the low round on day two and were led by Noah Bumgarner, who shot the low score of 68, to propel the Eagles to a win in the first MACCC Event of the year over MS Gulf Coast.
In addition to Bumgarner's 138, Brett Baker shot 145 and Ethan Dyess shot 146, good enough to land all three on the All tournament team.
The Eagles are back on the course October 4-5, at Riverbirch Golf Club, for the MACCC Event #2.
