Meridian, MS — For the first time since 2012, the Meridian Community College men's soccer team has secured a spot in the NJCAA Region 23 Tournament. MCC finished the regular season with an overall record of 9-6-3 and 5-3-3 in MACCC play. The Eagles enter the tournament as the number 6 seed and will face the number 3 seed, Pearl River Wildcats, in the quarterfinals. The game is set for Saturday, October 2, at 7:30 p.m. in Poplarville, MS. The winner will advance to the semi-finals held at Jones College on October 7, 2024.
